Fifty-Fifty

Description

This content type will display content as an image with text next to it. It divides the page into half with the image taking up 50% of the space and the text the other 50%. It includes a title, description, image, and video embed with internal and external links. Allows for a Call-to-action button with custom text. The title can have its own link and the button can have its own link. You are able to flip the image from the left to the right of the text.

How to use it
  • In your section, select create content from the actions menu beside the section you wish to add content to. In the content types, search for fifty.

  • Select the content type called Fifty-Fifty and click on Next. The following window will open up.

  • Give this piece of content a unique Name.
  • Select the image for this feature box by using the Select Media button. If a window pops up listing variants, always select the first image which is the Original. Do NOT choose any other variant. In fact, the rule is that whenever you are asked to select an image with the button always choose the Original variant.
  • Youtube Embedded URL allows you to embed a youtube video instead of the image. You cannot add both. Use the embed link to add this video eg. https://www.youtube.com/embed/ulhRpyTUBSU
  • Title will be the main title for this piece of content. This will appear in larger text. 
    • Add a Section Link or
    • Add a Content Link or
    • Add an External link
  • Enter Description. This will appear just under the heading. (Optional)
  • CTA Text will appear in a button below the description. Try not to make this too long. (Optional)
    • Add a Section Link or
    • Add a Content Link or
    • Add an External link
  • Flip media right allows you to move the image from the left of the text to the right of the text by ticking or unticking the box.
  • Click on Save Changes and preview your page to see what you have created.

This content type works best with a really great image.
