Over 25 000 students logged in online on Monday
- Wits University
Message to students from the Senior Executive Team:
We are pleased that over 25 000 students logged in to Ulwazi (our learning management system) today, 8 March 2021.
Given that the majority of the academic programme is online and that the coronavirus pandemic is still in our midst, please DO NOT come to campus unless you have an official invitation from your Faculty or residence to return. You will need to show this invitation to protection services, together with your student card, before you access the campus.
Access to libraries will be limited until further notice, as per the University’s COVID-19 protocols and regulations. All outstanding administrative matters should be resolved via email or telephone as far as possible.
You can find the relevant student information and contact details here: /students/
Fees and funding contact details are available on this site: /study-at-wits/fees-and-funding/
Parking permits and cards may be collected once you are invited to return.
Finally, if you have been invited to return to campus, please observe all Wits’ COVID-19 protocols. Complete the screening form on the Logbox App before entering campus. Wear a mask over your nose and face at all times, keep a 1.5 metre physical distance from any person, and sanitise or wash (and dry) your hands regularly. Read more: www.wits.ac.za/covid19.
