Conference Registration

We welcome you to register for ICOAM 2024.

Registration Fees

Regular Attendees: $400 (R7000 for South Africans)
Student Registration: $200 (limited to the first 50 students) (R3000 for South Africans)

We require that you please register and pay before 10 May 2024. Invoices for payment will be emailed to you after you submit the registration form. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive an invoice please contact us at icoam2024@gmail.com.

Registration highlights

• Welcome Cocktail and Poster Function: Start the conference with an evening of networking, live music, and assorted refreshments.
• Two Sunset Game Drives: Experience two game drives (the local name for guided safari's) in the Kruger National Park, offering a chance to see wildlife (and hopefully all of the Big 5) in their natural environment.
• Closing Banquet: Enjoy a traditional African Bush Braai (a barbeque), complete with a pre-dinner game drive (safari) and an evening of African dancing.
• Catering and Conference Merchandise: All registrations include daily lunches, tea breaks, and a selection of conference merchandise.

Key Dates

The conference will take place over five days, beginning on Monday, 24 June 2024, at 8:00 AM and concluding on Friday, 28 June 2024, at 3:00 PM.
