WIC leadership role changes announced

- Wits University

These reflect the Wits Innovation Centre's agility and responsiveness in continuing to grow the University’s innovation ecosystem.

Eighteen months ago, the Wits Innovation Centre (WIC) was established to champion and coordinate the numerous innovation activities across the University, and to serve as the cornerstone of the Wits Strategic Plan for Innovation 2022 – 2026.

“Since then, the Wits innovation ecosystem has grown significantly, necessitating changes in leadership roles to meet the rapidly evolving needs of the Centre,” says Professor Lynn Morris, Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Research & Innovation.
