Faculty Human Resources

The primary function of CLM HR department is to provide administrative services to the Faculty. This office ensures that diverse, competent and professional personnel is selected, recruited, developed, supported and retained. It also provides advice to the Heads of Schools and departments on staffing issues such as performance management, employment equity, staffing plans, university policies and procedures, and employee relations.
