Faculty Finance
The role of the Faculty Finance/ Business Management Office is to provide direction, management and control of financial administration of Schools and the Faculty units in compliance with the University policies and procedures. The Office ensures that required funds are available so as to help the Faculty achieve its objectives. This unit is also responsible for making sure that costs are controlled and there is adequate cash flow. They, in addition, prepare Schools’ budgets, monthly financial reports, assist auditors with audits, and monitor fixed assets within the Faculty.
The Faculty Business Management Office also ensures compliance with the University Procurement Policy during the purchasing or leasing of goods and services by Schools and the Faculty units.
