TSS and Your Kudu Card

Your card should be kept with you at all times and should be presented to Campus Control or Library personnel on request.  Access to labs, examination venues and sport facilities will be monitored and your Kudu Card should be displayed and used as proof of identification before access will be granted. You can access your Kudu Bucks financial statements from Kudu Card Self-service. Any irregularities must be reported to the Kudu Card Office within 3 working days. A refund is only available if you are leaving the University and have a balance of R50 or more.

Online Self Service

Online Kudu Card Self-Service allows students to access their account information, view account balances, spending history and recent access transactions.  It also allows the student to report a lost card and submit their ID photo. The self-service link will assist in viewing financial statements and logs and it is mobile enabled as well.??
